Cleaning the Franke Flair Bean to Cup

We have now been supplying Franke coffee machines for 10 years. In fact they are one of our best selling commercial equipment ranges. We thought it useful to ensure all our customers understand the importance of cleaning any bean to cup machine, like all coffee machines, this is a critical routine requirement to keep your coffee machine running trouble free which will extend the life of your equipment.

It's important the correct cleaning products are used in Franke machines. There are 3 cleaning cycles that need doing:

1. Daily milk flush. You can use Puly or Urinex Rinza. This is used to flush through milk from the plastic tubes. Takes a few minutes.

2. System clean using cleaning tablets. Required every 250 drinks. You need to use Franke cleaning tablets.

3. Descaling your machine. Required from once per month to twice per year depending on usage and water hardness. For Franke machines you need to use their ready diluted solution. 700ml is simply poured into the water tank then simply start the descale program.
